Java Script Error on "Show region utilities"

After all the known problems on installing your extensions on Dreamweaver CC.2105, I'm been able to intall all of them, but the DataAssist utility "Show Region if" give me this error:
<< At line 93 of "C:\Users\Andrea\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Dreamweaver CC2015\it_IT\Configuration\Commands\wa_utilities_if_statement.js": document.visLayer.document.forms[0] has no properties >>.

I really need this features.

I've fixed this in the Extension... Please reinstall and you shouldn't see this error any more.

(incidentally this error could be ignored and it shouldn't effect functionality of the tool)

I'm sorry but It doesn't work yet. Now when I open it, it doesn't appear any error sign, I'm able to insert the values but after.. simply nothing happens.
I've clicked the OK button sevearl times but nothing happens. The only thing that I could do is close the interface.

I really need this feature because I'm working on a website all based on areas showed depending on session values.

Sorry about that. I fixed the original error and didn't go any further to find the next related issue.

I've now corrected the issue with application, so a reinstall should allow you to apply the server behavior.
