Page Goes Out of Wack After Search Applied

I applied the search to the search results page, to the slide.php include file which resides on the index page

Your form tag is off in the html on the slide2slide.php page.

Try moving the </form> tag from line 89 to line 85 on that page.

Move the DA Search include from line 43 up to line 3. It looks like it got placed too low on the page.
