Session Timeout

How do you make the session timeout or automatically logout in 15 minutes if the session name is WASessionName. What would the code be and do you put it on all pages and if so where.

if you are using PHP, You would set this in the php.ini file by modifying the following setting:
session.cookie_lifetime
session.gc_maxlifetime

these are set in seconds, so for 15 minutes, use:

session.cookie_lifetime = 900
session.gc_maxlifetime = 900

I don't have access to the php.ini file. Is there a php script that you can add to the pages that are protected using SecurityAssist?

you could try adding the following to the WA_SecurityAssist/Helper_PHP.php file:

<?php
ini_set('session.cookie_lifetime', '900');
ini_set('session.gc_maxlifetime', '900');
?>
