I can't sign in to my admin page.

I can't sign in to my admin page.

I went to sign in using my usual method and my stored password and it would not work. It says "You have entered an incorrect email address or password."

I tried the option to create a new password and no email has been sent to my email account and I have checked the spam folder many times.

Please help. All the problems with cafe commerce this last week and a half have coincided with the start of a new season for us, making things much more troublesome then they need to be. I hope this will be the last glitch. You have been flawless in the past.

Sorry ERB - not here to help, but wanted to state I am having the same problem. Can't log-in and didn't work when I tried to create a new password..

Does the CafeCommerce Team need my web address and log-in?
