it is happening again

it is happening again.
Each time I load DW I get a pop up asking me to enter my Web Assist serial number or to re-activate.
I re-activate.
This is a bit annoying. Please can you advise why this is happening again.
I have the Free tools on my account.
I am using DW CC

I'm not sure. Please make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest version from our site.

If you still have issues I'll need to set up a screen sharing session to debug it with you directly since I'm unsure of the cause.

Maybe you have more than one Skype account and I sent the request to the wrong one?

Thanks Ray for your time.
I will let you know if I have any more clues as to why it happened, but probably something to do with moving between two locations.
I have to say thank you - the Web Assist tools for DW are very helpful.
