Installation problems on GoDaddy hosting

I'm installing PowerStore on a GoDaddy hosting site. I have all green checkmarks on the initial page, but when I try to set up the database connection, I get an error "err_no_response". It doesn't tell me it is not seeing the database (which it does when I enter incorrect information) it just isn't getting a response from the server to continue (that's my interpretation of what's happening). Can you tell me what I should tell the GoDaddy support people? They will tell me I need to talk to you, but if I can tell them what the PowerStore install is trying to do, then maybe they can try to help me.

I'd have to debug it. Can you give me the URL and FTP access? I'll try to run the installer and track down where it is failing.

That FTP information doesn't seem to work. Please verify it is correct and I can try again.

It looks like they have a new security mod installed that prevents accessing a database using credentials directly from a form post. I updated the code to save the posted values to variables first and that appears to have gotten around the issue. I'm still getting database credential errors, but I think you may be able to resolve it from here.
