checkbox value not being stored in order_details databse

I have an add to cart where 6 fields are up-datable as a text field, and then converted to check boxes.

here is the check box <input type="Checkbox" name="LTAC14_1_CTIStitle_Add" value="1">

The eCart object columns are set to "text", database field set to "varchar".

I'm simply replicating another checkbox that does work, and just can't figure out what I'm missing.

Thanks in advance for advice.

This checkbox would submit the value "1" when checked and blank if not... is that what you are expecting to find in the cart column it is bound to?

That is exactly what I want to see, and what is happening with another Add to cart I have, but I can't get these to record anything in the DB. I've just added these 6 columns to the database, also added the columns to the eCart object. I've re-uploaded the entire webassist directory to ensure I have all of the newest code on the server. Anything I could be missing, i'm just out of troubleshooting ideas.

Ok, well, after sending this reply I figured out my issue. I hadn't reloaded the WA_eCart directory which contains the eCart object PHP code...
Thank you for your help, just needed to type it out I guess.
