Feature Request - Option to have NO CSS styling added when applying an eCart?

Pacifica, Slate, Yosemite etc...they are all starting to look really dated now. Could we have a "No Styling" option when applying eCart behaviours so that we can set up our own styling and also won't have to spend hours removing these preset stylings?

Thank you.
