Creating the Order History page

Boy am I lost. First time setting up an eCart site that downloads digital data. Am at setting up an order history page, http://www.webassist.com/community/tutorials/view_tutorial.php?tid=125, and trying to "Open the DataAssist wizard by choosing Insert > WebAssist > DataAssist > DataAssist Wizard."

In my DW CC closest wizard I can find is WebAssist > Database > DataAssist Search Wizard. Getting error message "Please insert a Recordset to use Database Search" when opening on pp_confirm.php. It is the only page I can find that has a Server Behavior "eCart Store Summary in Database (orderdetails, eCart1)".

Have created a product catalog and shopping cart and completed Registration/Login. Thank you for your help? Attach files?

Download Center

Create Download Center
Create Download Button
get error when try to open bindings and expand WADAorderdetails: MySQL Error#: 1054 Unknown column 'products.ProductLocation' in 'group statement'
File attached, thanks.

UPDATE
Found error, had not added ProductLocation column to localhost database table.

I completed the section Apply Security Assist from How to Create a Download Center but my code does not look like the sample in the tutorial:
<table width="750" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0">
<tr>
<td>&nbsp;</td>
<td class="WADAResultsTableCell"><form name="form1<?php echo $row_WADAorderdetails['ProductID']; ?>" method="post" action="">
<input name="hiddenField" type="hidden" id="hiddenField" value="<?php echo $row_WADAorderdetails['ProductLocation']; ?>">
<label for="download"></label>
<input type="submit" name="download" id="download" value="Download">
</form></td>
</tr>
</table>

Is this correct?

UPDATE TWO
In Apply Digital File Pro I cannot find WebAssist > Digital File Pro > Download in either DW CC or DW CS5.5. I have DataBridge 1.2.2

Attached Files
download_center.php

I don't see a problem with the code provided.

The new location in the Server Behaviors window is: WebAssist -> File Manipulation -> Download
