A blank page means an error of some sort. You can often debug blank pages by adding this to the top:
<?php
ini_set('display_errors',1);
?>
This will tell the page to display an error rather than delivering a blank page when an error occurs. It is probably just a missing file that didn't get uploaded.
Thanks for the info. I added this to the page and I get this message.
Warning: require_once(webassist/ecart/checkout/credentials/gateways.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\TransportationSkills\confirm.php on line 2
Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'webassist/ecart/checkout/credentials/gateways.php' (include_path='.;C:\php\pear') in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\TransportationSkills\confirm.php on line 2
"require_once(webassist/ecart/checkout/credentials/gateways.php)" in not in the file nor is the file confirm.php anywhere in the site.

The file confirm.php is definitely on the site... because it is the page throwing the error.
It looks like you didn't upload the file: webassist/ecart/checkout/credentials/gateways.php
If you upload that file from your local server it should stop this error from occurring.
I could not find the filewebassist/ecart/checkout/credentials/gateways.php on the site, I did find it on a test site I was using. I coped the file and path to this site and checkout.php loads. Clicking on the Continue button I get Order Complete and the Submit button, Clicking on the Submit button I go to confirm.php and get the error "Field 'OrderUserID' doesn't have a default value".
This site is on my local computer and I am using static items for the cart and a database to store sales info.
Update the Orders table with phpMyAdmin and change the OrderUserID field so that it will allow null values.
