I want to know how can this be made & images change as per the choice?

They are using image overlays and naming conventions of the images to update via javascript. Rather complex but they have the base boat images without color and then overlay the colored stripes. It looks like a custom javascript solution. You could probably also do this with AJAX it really depends on the variations you are covering when designing the solution to best solve the problem.

Start by finding an example of what exactly you are looking for. Then see how they did it and you may be able to use the same plugin or technique. Since it will be javascript based, you should be able to investigate it by viewing the source code of a page doing something similar to what you want.
