Javascript error occurred during Building of DataAssist Pages

After clicking Finish and it begins to build the update pages using my own database table name, the attached error comes up. I've already reinstalled DreamWeaver CC 2014 and the DataBridge tools. Once it hits the update page and the error popup appears, the build stops and does not continue.

You need to install the "Deprecated Server Behaviors" extension in Dreamweaver CC or later in order to use DataBridge.

Did this help? Tips are appreciated...

Reading about the extension to be installed, I ran across this and the link doesn't go anywhere and the extension is not available locally:
If you have CC 2014 installed, Adobe no longer includes the ZXP in the downlad. Use this tutorial instead to obtain the ZXP
