checkout error

After successfully creating the checkout pages, I get this "Page not found error" when I check the same as billing box.
Furthermore, I've created templates for all the pages then from the shopping cart it's skips straight to the confirm page and weirdly its a template embedded in the template. (Hope I still make some sense)

Do you have a url where I can view the issues? I think I'll have to see them to figure out why they are occurring.

It looks like you have applied your template to the confirm.php page. That page is loaded into a DIV on your checkout page via AJAX, so you wouldn't want the template applied to that page. You will have to open the page and remove the repeated content from it.

The 404 error is occurring because it appears you haven't uploaded some necessary files from the /webassist/ folder... I'd just re-upload the entire folder.

Specifically the file: http://www.byrdclothingcompany.com/webassist/framework/ajax_wrapper.php is missing... but there may be others, so I'd just upload the whole thing.
