I have about 16 of your apps. This is the one I use the most.

Yes. You will have to manually export and import any saved designs.

You can install on as many versions of Dreamweaver as you need to without additional fees as long as they are on the same computer.

Your CS6 and CS4 installations are separate and can have different extensions installed in each without breaking each other.
