Disable inline editing globally

I can disable inline editing by setting the fifth parameter to true on calling any particular instance of WA_getCMSContent(...)

What I want to do is disable inline editing across the whole site,

I have tried changing the default value of the function in WA_CMS.php - which works, but the js tab at the bottom of the page still appears.

Can you advise the best way of removing the tab when I disable inline editing please?

Thanks

You could probably just add CSS to make the tab have display:none... It shouldn't matter if it was there as long as nobody can see it.

Thanks Ray,

Easy to do, just wondered if I was missing something else when changing the global setting

I don't think so. It looks like that is automatically added for admin. I forget exactly how it works, so that was just an easy solution.

I think it stores the value as a variable: WAPCMS_HIDDEN

You could probably find where that is written to the page and just remove it entirely.
