Recordsets

I am used to Dreamweaver ADDT from CS3. As those have been removed I chose WebAssist. I will say as a person as a Senior Software tester, I find the documentation missing areas and the forums are hit and miss. The documentation needs examples so I would not have to pose simple questions. How does one list a recordset so that it is not on one continuous line and is displayed similarly to what is in the 'Test' section of the Recordset tab? BTW - It took a bit of trial and error to get this far.

You could use a repeat region on a table row. Or just use the repeated table to create the table with repeat region in place.

When using the repeat region within a table, the moveNext() is inserted before the final </tr> rather than after, therefore the row is continuous. When the final </tr> is moved before the the moveNext(), a new row is created as expected.

It depends on how the table row is selected. I've done various tests and it always seems to add it around the entire TR in my tests. However I do know Dreamweaver can have selection issues and I usually go to code view and make sure the entire <tr> with end tag is selected before applying.

I'm not positive if the issue is with the initial selection or actual application because I've been unable to reproduce it, but If you gave me a copy of the page you experienced this problem with I could take a look and see if I could reproduce it and get it fixed.

It was how I selected the row. Highlighting all the contents does not work as expected. Once I selected the physical row and not just the entire contents of the row it worked.
