MySQLi won't uninstall

I am not sure what is going on. DW CS6 I'm trying to open the program, but MySQLi pops up with Webassist Uninstaller and will not let me continue. I'm not trying to uninstall the program. DW is unusable I have removed the extension with Extension Manager, but still this JS error blocks the entire program
reinstalled and saw the EM error about PD

This is a remnant from a bug we had several months ago in our installer.

I believe if you:
1) close Dreamweaver
2) delete this file from your user configuration folder: /Commands/installer2_onOpen.htm
3) Reinstall the latest MySQLi server behaviors extension

Then the problem should go away. If not, post back with contact information and I'll help you fix it in a connect meeting.
