PowerCMS Builder - MySQLi / Jquery

I appreciate that design extender is under development, but wondered especially where PowerCMS builder was headed.

I am building responsive sites exclusively now, and using bootrstap extensively.

I have managed to get admin areas working by installing PowerCMS and then making major modifications to incorporate the bootstrap CSS, so I can use my own admin pages and jquery, - but its not perfect.

I wondered on the timeframe for a PowerCMS which used MySQLi connection and whether this newer version will still have mootools dependency.

We are moving away from MooTools and will be updating things to use JQuery instead in the future. I can't give a timeline for Design Extender. We will be updating Data Bridge first and will be working on Design Extender next, so it will be several months minimum.
