My web site is no longer secure

My web site is no longer secure

All the sudden I am not asked to log into any of my secure pages. They just open. The code looks right and haven't changed it. Just added some new users for those pages. I have attached the login information. Some of that pages that should be secure are are under Products, Off Grid/self-Contained. Then under Portable Systems there are Mobile Support, Frac Water. Under Systems there is Expanded Scenarios. Sorry, I just realized that I wasn't under Security Assist.

It looks like you were doing rule groups, but each group had a blank option so that non-logged in users would be accepted. I removed the blank value from each of the groups and it is working now.
