Problem with PayPal Express/Validation/Pop-Up Window

I think there is an issue that when you go on the checkout page and say you don't enter
your name, address etc and just click the continue button, the paypal popup window/lightbox appear
however since the form has not been validated shouldn't this not happen?

See Attached.

Do you have a URL that I can look at? There is probably an issue with the javascript that is causing this problem.

The checkout page that is up now works fine... I did notice that it is different from the one in the screen shot. Probably it is a conflict with the jquery version you are using in your design template. If you get back to that point again let me know and I can look into it again, but I need to look at the broken page to diagnose why it is broken.

Yes, the problem was that you were overwriting the jquery library at the bottom of the page and jquery was already loaded in the header and used to set up validation.

By re-including it you were erasing the validation and causing the form to submit even when it failed. I corrected the problem by removing the repeated jquery scripts you added to the bottom of the page.
