i try to run the checkout wizard and receive the following error also viInitialize range error invalid array length

We resolved this in a connect meeting. We just had to open and save your eCart object to update it to the new version and then upload to the site.

thanks for the help yesterday however the shopping cart page is ok however when we click to check out there is nothing that happens it does not go to Paypals site as it did before as we missing something somewhere here is an url.

That is because you created an entirely new checkout page. Now you would have to run the checkout wizard to add back the checkout functionality.

on the old cart version 5. all the info went to PayPal went the customer hit the checkout button, can this happen on this as i only use PayPal as a gateway

Yes, open the cart page and run the checkout wizard from that page.

I have just re-uploaded the shopping cart however when i run the checkout wizzard i get a error stating: Invalid array length.
what should i do?

We worked this out in a connect meeting. I deleted the WA_DMCFG.xml file and re-created the cart display and then the wizard ran. This error is a result of a corrupted WA_DMCFG.xml file.
