Does the tutorial called eCommerce Overview for ecart 6 have the working files with it?

I'm trying to follow along but it's hard with out the files. Do they come with the tutorial. Can't see were they are if they do. I am also watching the eCart 6 webinar and want to know how to get the db into the phpadmin so I can follow along.

No, there are not working files that go along with the eCommerce Tutorial.

On the eCart download page in the Webinar section, there is a download link for the commerce.sql file, you can use this to import the ecooerce database.

see the following tutorial for details on importing a .sql file:

Hello,

I have been working through these, and am wondering if the answer to this question is still "No".
Thank you.

Hello,

The instructions say:

"Click on Look Up item ID from recordset
"Set the Recordset to WADAproducts.
"Set the ID Column to ProductID"

That is not at all what happens.

I have attached a screenshot of two different views, before and after, in the private area for you.

Thank you,

Hello,

As per the screenshot I sent you earlier, I now attach for you the code that eCart 6 insists on producing:

It is rending the whole, at presemt, unusable.

Thank you,

These lines

<h3><a href="products_results.php">Results</a><h3>
<h3><a href="products_search.php">Search</a><h3>
<h1><a href="admin/">Admin Index</a><h1>

were so I could keep examining my work by uploading to my own site

This page seems to have a mixture of old MySQL code and new MySQLi code. It might have something to do with the tutorial being out of date or it might be an issue with the extension. If you post your phone number and a good time to reach you I could have you go through how you created this page and the settings you used in order to debug and see where it gets out of sync.

There was an issue in DataBridge when it created your MySQLi version of the product details page. That was impacting your ability to complete the tutorial. I've updated DataBridge to address this issue. Please delete your product details page and re-run the wizard and I think it should work now.

I just tried calling but got voicemail. Please call me using the number from the bottom of this website and I can do screen sharing with you to investigate the issue.
