Do I need multiple forms if I have multiple add to carts?

Do I need multiple forms if I have multiple add to carts?

I have a page that has 3 or 4 separate controls in separate conditional statements

Do I have to have each of those in their own separate forms and then add the add to cart behavior
to each appropriately?

yes, there should be an add to cart form for each add to cart behavior.

Thanks Jason

Ok so should I create the form in between the conditional logic? Or create the add to cart button, have the form generated manually then move my conditional code within there?

the conditional logic should be in each form .

Ok I moved the code...however

I do not see my custom field names in the data bindings panel in order to add to the add to cart.
I have a dropdown menu and I want to bind it to the price column in the add to cart

Here is the page

See attached, now the only issue I have is that the default add to cart shows up in the conditional logic pages.
Do I need an Else?

Please see code attached and thanks for reviewing.

ok, looks like the add to cart for that one is at line 355- 360.

there is no if statement around that one to determine when to show or not. you should add an if state, went around that add to cart so that it only shows when you want it to.
