Registration page doesn't reconize input data

I would send an image of the error message but I don't seem to be able to attach more that one file.

I'll need to troubleshoot directly, see the private message section.

what i meant was that i need you to upload it to the server so i can troubleshoot.

i don't see an obvious problem in the code, so I need to see the problem happening on the server and have access to the file on the server to troubleshoot what is going wrong.

in the page you sent, i don't see any validation errors with the text "this field is required" that is in your screen shot

all the required validation errors say:
A value is required.

so i need to see the problem happen in order for me to troubleshoot.

"don't forget the user name and password I sent earlier."

i don't see a user name or password, you don't seem to have supplied one. it is asking for them to access the page.
