Email not sending

I am using your latest websassist form plugin. I am having difficulty sending emails to godaddy emails. I will be very glad to know what settings I have to work on to make this works. The email is sending to other emails except godaddy.

Where it sends to some email addresses but not to others, this would be a server issue.

Universal Email works by compiling the email and passing it to the SMTP server. the SMTP server then reals the email to the recipient.

In your case the SMTP server is not relaying the email when the recipient has a GoDaddy address.

you should contact the host to have them look into why emails are not being relayed to godly address

I want to make sure I get this right.
The Hosting is with Hostgator while the email is with Godaddy. We pointed the emails to godaddy email.

Who do I contact between the 2 of them? Is it the hosting company or where the emails are hosted?

The hosting provider would be the one to contact, they would run the SMTP server that the emails are being sent through.
