ecart Webinar won't play

Trying to watch the free ecart webinar... I installed Adobe Connect and all I get is a grey screen (even though it says it connected). Using Firefox 36.0.1 on a Mac.

try accessing the webinar using the URL in the private message section.

Note: it can take a little while for the webinar to load, on my last test, it took 2 minutes before it started to play.

I waited for almost 10 minutes did not get anything. Is there any folder or zip file I can download?

I just tested and the link appears to work... Maybe try it with a different browser. Make sure you are logged into the webassist site before using the link. It took a couple of minutes to load, but it did work for me using Firefox.

Unfortunately there isn't an offline version available that I can send you.
