SQL error

I created this page (attached) with your MySQLi extension. When I try to display it in Firefox, I get an SQL error (that's all it says). I don't know enough about the coding to spot the error. Can you see what is wrong with the file?

try changing line 55:
$bylawsRecordset_i->bindParam("text", "".(isset($_SESSION['MM_Username'])?$_SESSION['MM_Username']:"") ."", "-1"); //colname

to:
$bylawsRecordset_i->bindParam("s", "".(isset($_SESSION['MM_Username'])?$_SESSION['MM_Username']:"") ."", "-1"); //colname

if the error persists, I'll need to troubleshoot directly, see the private message section.

Thank you Jason, it's all working beautifully now. If I ever remember that darned bindings tab it will be a miracle...I seem to trip up on that every time! As always I appreciate your expertise and patience.
