i can't use the product it won't install

getting this error

all of the files in the install_cms folder had become corrupted, on uploading them, the code became double spaced which caused the error. see the attached screen shot to see what I mean.


I uploaded a fresh copy of the install_cms folder to correct the problem.

try using File Zilla or another 3rd part FTP Program to upload the files to the server. By Default Dreamweaver uses the ASCII File transfer mode which can sometimes cause it tot upload everything and convert to double spacing. you may be able to edit the DW Transfer mode settings, see this thread:
