Cannot access Recordset bindings in Form Select (Now Resolved)

After adding a record-set to a page and adding a form select field I cannot select the 'options from record-set' please see link below. Also the images for the up and down arrows don't appear.

I am using DWCC & Windows 8.1

I have re-installed the extension and now I get a javascript error (Attached)

I re-entered the serial number and re-started DW and this now works.

Make sure that you have the deprecated Server Behaviors extension installed:
http://www.webassist.com/tutorials/Deprecated-Server-Behaviors-for-Dreamweaver-Creative-Cloud

The Screen Shot looks like the MySQLi extension did not completely install.

After installing the extension in the Extension Manager, when you open DW, it should launch the WebAssist installer. If the WA Installer does not open automatically, open a PHP page to force it to open.

Make sure that you restart DW after the WebAssist installer completes.
