special characters

Hello. I am having a problem with html editor that I havent had before.
Somehow, it refuses to show special characters from database.

In this example: (feel free to access, it is under development, not live), you can see clearly that there is special characters on the field "Texto", like latin characters ( Ç Ã, etc...)

If you do "Editar", wich stands for "edit", the editor, doesnt load the information on that field.

On the other hand, if you Insert a new record, or view the one there, that hasnt sepcial characters, it works fine.

I have never had this trouble before. Help

probably have to set the character set for the connection.

if you are using a Dynamic Connection, you can set the character set to UTF-8

if it is using a standard connection, you would need to edit the code in the connection file to set the character set.
