Error installing DataBridge upgrade

Error installing DataBridge upgrade

Windows 7 SP1 and Dreamwqeaver CS4

I uninstalled both DataBridge113 and DataExtender113 with a view to upgrading to 121 and 120 respectively.

However I attempted to install both at once, my error!

Having read the forum messages I uninstalled both again and installed DataBridge only which failed to complete the install with the following error message:

While executing onLoad in WA_ unInstall2.htm the following javascipt error(s) occurred:
At line 12 of the file "C:\Programe Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS4\Configuration\Floaters\WA_Installer2.html":
curDOM has no properties

I have subsequently deleted WinFileCache-D06F2AB8.dat and restated Dreamweaver but this has not helped.

recreate the users configuration folder.

locate the configuration folder that contains the WinFileCache-D06F2AB8.dat file and rename it.

Now restart DW to have that file recreated. Close DW, and then open the extension manager. in the extension manager, remove the extensions then reinstall them.

after installing the extensions in DW, when you open DW it will launch the web assist installer to complete the installation. if the WA installer does not launch automatically, open a php page to force the installer to open, after it completes the installation, make sure to restart Dreamweaver.
