The issue with Yosemite is a Memory leak within Dreamweaver itself causing our extensions to crash, this is not something we have control over fixing.

We haven't gotten word from Adobe about a fix for the issue and can't make any commitments on their behalf. Unfortunately we only hope they are working on it and will resolve it, but have no control over their development goals.

An interim work around would be to use Bootcamp to crate a windows virtual machine, then install Dreamweaver i the windows virtual machine. Not perfect, granted, but will get you working in the mean time.

Hey Jason, Just reminding you that WebAssist was made aware of this issue on the 7th of October, over 5 months ago now. Appreciate that this might be Adobe's issue relating to a memory leak within Dreamweaver running on Yosemite, but this is beyond ridiculous and right now the extensions are either slow and cumbersome or they don't work at all. No response from Adobe relating to a fix for the problem? Whose problem is this? Adobe's? WebAssist's? Ultimately it's our problem. We paid good money for it, and we trusted that the two companies above us would solve any problems that might arise. Five months later and there are no solutions. The only positive outcome is that I've started exploring other avenues for developing sites for my clients.

We released an update to Data Bridge yesterday that we hope will solve the issue of crashing.

Please make sure to uninstall the previous version of Data Bridge from the extension manager before installing 1.2.2.

after installing in the extension manger, when you open DW, the web assist installer should launch to finish the installation. Did the WA installer run for you?

At what point does it crash?

have you tried Deleteing the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:

please provide some additional details.
