Show region problem

I'm trying to use a 'Show region' to show/hide a table row depending on the value it contains. The value is using a query that has a LEFT JOIN and to variables ( session variable and a url variable ) attached is a screen shot of my Access Rule settings that are not working.

So basically if the Value of 'other' = n/a it will HIDE the table row. Any other value and it will SHOW the table row.

What am I doing wrong?

you are using the wrong tool for the job.

you should not use the security assist assist access rule for tis, instead use the show region utility.

Select the content to show or hide, then from the Server Behaviors panel, click the plus button and select WebAssist -> Utilities -> Show Region Utilities.

and set up the condition to meet to show the content.
