Can I make a test order a live order?

We had a customer get to the web store before we had a chance to make it live/no longer in test mode. They completed an order but, of course, were not charged because it went through as a test order. Is there a way to switch from a test order to a live/real order?

Thanks!

no, there is not, they will need to resubmit the order.
