When running the security assist wizard to create the pages, on the manage pages tab, you can set the field types to use for different columns in the database.

click the edit icon in the configure find settings to set the field types.

you can then edit each of the pages to set which fields should show on those page.

If you are trying to do this after the pages have been created:
If you are replacing an existing field with a new one, make note of the existing fields name, and when you convert it to a select list, make sure to use the same name.

if you are adding new fields, you will need to edit the Insert Record server behavior to bind the corresponding columns to the new form elements.

Sorry i have just 2 questions,

Q1: I have 18 columns is there a way to reduce this to 10?

Q2: When i select an option to be a list do i then edit the page to put the list options in (Will this effect the form processing)?

1) I don't follow what you are asking.

2) After adding a list to your form, yes, you need to populate the list with the options. It should not have an effect on form processing.

1. On this page i have a lot of fields: http://greatcompetition.ie/homevalue/registration.php

I only want to have 4 fields name, email, address, phone.

After the form is generated do i edit the registration.php page?

Or can i do this in the software?

when running the security assist wizard, on the manage pages tab, you can select the registration page, and edit it to add / remove fields that should be included.

Jason does it matter if the column value doesn't match the Label Value?

No, that will not matter.

The Label will be what the user sees on the registration page.

The Column is the name of the column in the database, they can be different.
