you may be able to see the SQL causing the error using:
<?php echo $recordsetName->debugSQL(); ?>
where recordsetName is the name of the recordset, but it really depends on the severity of the syntax error
Is there a debug command for insert and update statements as well? I have a query that isn't updating a table properly and want to see where the issue may be.
Thanks,
Chad
in the webassist/mysqli/queryobj.php file, change:
$this->Debug = false;
to:
$this->Debug = true;
I only have rsobj.php inside the webassist/mysqli/ folder, and there I cant locate $this->Debug = false;
Using latest version of DW CC
the queryobj.php file is for insert/delete/update behaviors.
if you don't have that file you are not working with an insert, update or delate behavior.
if you want to see the compiles SQL for a recordset, use:
<?php echo $recordsetName->debugSQL(); ?>
where recordsetName is the name of the recordset.
