form validations and redirect

Hi Jason

Am having a bit of a play with some responsive stuff and putting together a business listing (using a 3rd party complete script) - http://www.dorsetdirectory.co.uk

I have added a 'get in touch' button (http://prntscr.com/5ykatm) which opens a modal with a contact form in it. The form itself works and submits fine but I have a couple of issues.

First one is that if you try to send and validations fail, if you then close the modal itself the validations remain on the page - http://prntscr.com/5yi0uh

The other problem is that I am trying to add a 'thanks' message after successful submit - either in the modal itself (which I cant get to work) or, failing that, putting the message text in the area shown here http://prntscr.com/5yi0nf but I cant figure out how to do that either.

Have added the page itself plus FTP details in the PM should you need them

Cheers

Jamie

using form validations with a modal window is going to take custom coding, the validation would need to be done through ajax. we can help you implement this in a premiere support appointment:
