Datepicker is transparent

Dreamweaver CS6
Data Bridge Ver 1.2.1

After generating pages with Data Assist the Datepicker has no background or theme. I've even tried changing the datepicker theme but it doesn't do anything to the design, or lack of design.

it's an intranet site and it's local. It's not setup for ftp. Here are all the pages.

I'm working directly on the server. Everything resides on the server and is live.
