Server validation breaking CSS

I've just been changing a registration form to use the newer Jquery validation instead of the old spry validation. The validation itself seems to be working OK, but in the fields where I have server validation, i.e. for the CAPTCHA fields, and ones to check for unique field (email and username), then the style applied to the text box isn't recognised - email, username, CAPTCHA and CAPTCHA question should all be similar to the other text boxes, but are appearing as default ones.

Details below.

I'll need to troubleshoot directly, see the private message section.

I just noticed it looks OK when the page first loads - its only after you click on 'Register' without filling everything in that those text fields don't get styled.

I Updated the webassist/jq_validation/jquery.h5validate.js file to fix this.
