Looking for a new web host - any thoughts?

Getting fed up with Network Solutions/web.com. Need some recommendations for a new domain to migrate one of my domains to. Must have 24/7 knowledgeable North American support staff and near-perfect (if not perfect) server-uptime.

Any recommendations would be much appreciated.

I use http://www.hostingmetro.com for my dedicated server and have been with them for nearly 20 years. I was first there through a reseller, but he went out of business but hosting metro grandfathered me in since I was an original client and lowered my rates by eliminating the reseller. I have been very pleased with them.

I can share my uptime reports if you'd like to see them. Excellent uptime, complete nightly back up system also. I need the back up because all my sites are database driven. I use many of WA power stores and eCarts, so it is essential database back up.

I do not know if my rates would be your rates, but I have never found anything close to the yearly rate for a dedicated server that I pay.
