Error coming up after building search and results page

You have a tutorial to help with building a search and results page, but unfortunately, even after I follow all of the directions, I get the following error after testing a search...
"You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'Name LIKE '%Pecchio%'))' at line 1"

My search field for this case is 'Name' as it is searching people. I should note that the search and results page are the same page, the search form is just at the very top. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks!

the problem is being caused by the naming convention you are using for columns in the table.

you should avoid using spaces in column names:
Patient Name

Either use the Camel Case naming convention:
PatientName

or use underscores in place of spaces:
Patient_Name
