MySQLi tries to uninstall, can't start CS6

I don't know what is happening. I tried to open CS6 today and MySQLi is trying to uninstall itself. It gives an javascript error about a missing value (see attachment)

I then tried to turn off the extension in Extension Manager, but when I start up I am getting the same message. As a result, CS6 is totally locked up and I cannot use it.

A reinstall seems to have fixed it.

recreate the users configuration folder as outlined in step 12 of the Adobe troubleshooting guide:
http://helpx.adobe.com/dreamweaver/kb/troubleshoot-javascript-errors-dreamweaver-cs4.html#main_user_config

then in the extension manager, uninstall the extensions and install them again.
