Validation or Form is not processing correctly

Hello WebAssist,

I am having trouble with my form processing. Here are the 2 pages that currently do not work.

http://www.vehiclewrappricing.com/service-business-cards-quote.php

When I just send the email without Server Validation, it works just fine. Once I apply the Server Validation, it seems to find an error. I am sure I have everything in correctly. I doubled check some of the same settings from a quote page that works.

I have a quote page that works and it is:
http://www.vehiclewrappricing.com/service-vehicle-wraps-quote.php

Please help me solve this issue. So I can finish the other quote pages. Thank you and hope to hear from you soon.

On both forms the captcha was falling because it was set up to be case sensitive.

I Updated the code so that captcha would not be case sensitive.

in the future, when using the like entry validation for captcha, there is a checkbox to disable case sensitivity.
