How Do I Get Recurring Payments Webinar Recording I Bought To Work?

I just purchased your Recurring Payments Webinar. When I click on the recording link it sends me to a page taht says Adobe Acrobat Connect Add-in Not Installed. I clicked on the troubleshooting link there and it takes me to a page on your side that is the Connection Test. It repeated fails at Step 4, Acrobat Connect Add-in Test. Says not installed. So I click on the Install Add-in and that fails with the error "Couldn't write the application to the hard disk. Please verify the hard disk is available and try again. Retrying keeps failing. There's then a link to take you to the Adobe support page but that also links to an error page on Adobe's site. This is all in Chrome fyi.

I then tried it in IE and I get to the troubleshooting link, but in IT it only opens an error page on your site. I don't even get to the Connection Test.

So I then went straight to Adobe's site and there is says that you shouldn't need the Add-in to view a presentation. Only if you're sharing your desktop or presenting.

So what do I try next?

Adobe Connect normally has problems running properly in Chrome.

I usually sugest using Fire Fox, that seems to be the most consistent browser with Adobe Connect.

Using Fire Fox, you should be able to view the Webinar recording.

Jason, sorry for the delay in replying. This effort took a back seat to a more pressing site requirement. But finally got a chance to give your suggestion a try and tried to access the Webinar using Firefox 35.0.1 and I'm seeing exactly the same issue See attached screenshots for the messages I receive. Let me know if you need any other info. thanks!

I'm on a Win 7 Pro machine
I also just downloaded Adobe's Acrobat Connect Add-in v 8 & 9 and installed those but that didn't help :-/
