Error with insert page

Not sure what's happened to the insert page attached below - its hopefully something obvious, if not to me.

The error is:

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '','','test','','Event','510')' at line 1

I have attached it below along with a link.

Thanks.

the page you sent is an update page, not an insert.

I'll need to troubleshoot directly, see the private message section.

the ftp info provided is not working.

to help troubleshoot, change line 122:
$MM_editCmd = mysql_query($WA_Sql, $WA_connection) or die(mysql_error());

to:
$MM_editCmd = mysql_query($WA_Sql, $WA_connection) or die(mysql_error()." <br />SQL: ".$WA_Sql);

this should show the full SQL for the insert query to help determine the problem.

Thanks Jason - not sure what's up with the FTP - have double checked and it is correct.

I'm just looking at the full error - in further testing I can see that it doesn't error out if all the fields are entered. I'll see if I can see which field is causing the issue and let you know what turns up.

OK - I narrowed it down to the End Date field. I'm only getting the error when it is left blank. (As it often will be.)

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '','22:00','test','Final_2015_QQ_events.pdf','Event','510')' at line 1
SQL: INSERT INTO `Events` (`Event`,`Summary`,`Heading`,`Details`,`Start_Date`,`Start_Time`,`End_Date`,`End_Time`,`Booking`,`Booking_Form`,`Type`,`EventVenueID`) VALUES ('test','test','test','test','2015-01-14 00:00:00','20:00',NULL','22:00','test','Final_2015_QQ_events.pdf','Event','510')

I can't see what is different about the End_Date compared to the Start_Date. But as the Start_Date is required, I changed it to not be required to check if that errors (i.e. there's an issue with both date fields), but it was fine - so is only the End_Date field causing the error.

I have also checked they are the same format in the database, which they are. (Type: Date. Default NULL.)

change line 113:
$WA_columnTypesStr = "',none,''|',none,''|',none,''|',none,''|',none,NULL|',none,''|',none,NULL',none,''|',none,''|',none,''|',none,''|',none,''|',none,''";

to:
$WA_columnTypesStr = "',none,''|',none,''|',none,''|',none,''|',none,NULL|',none,''|',none,NULL|',none,''|',none,''|',none,''|',none,''|',none,''|',none,''";
