Add an E Cart error

I tried to apply an ecart to the page but as soon as I added a cart the following message as per the image appeared.

Can you say what may be necessary to over come this error please?
Many thanks
John

What is your OS?

What version of DW?

What extensions are installed including the version numbers?

Can you give details o the exact steps you are taking to encounter the error?

I have Dreamweaver CS6 and windows 7

I created a Dreamweaver New Fluid grid layout

Drop Menu Magic by project seven
I created a new template with the above

On a new templated page In EditRegion I tried to add an ecart object, then I get the message.

I attach a zip file with the page code
Thank you

John

you should not be adding eCart to the template, but rather to a PHP page that is created from the template.

Create a new php page, apply the template to it, then add eCart to the new page.

Thanks Jason
Perhaps a misunderstanding here.
I believe I am adding the extension to a templated page.

I created a new php page, added the template, selected to place the eCart into EditRegion1 and received the same error.

I am using eCart 5.0.7 is this correct?

Sorry, it sounded like you where adding eCart to the template.

is eCart the only extension installed?

If there are others, what are the versions?

Ecart is the only web assist extension on the site, very early days, as mentioned above I created a fluid grid and am using Drop Menu Magic by project seven to get a responsive site.
I am attaching a zipped file of the page, it may help.
Thanks

attached is an updated copy of the WA eCart Shared.js file.

locate the users configuration folder, for details, see the common installation issues page:
http://www.webassist.com/tutorials/Common-installation-issues

in the users configuration folder, go to:
shared/WebAssist/eCart

and over write the WA eCart Shared.js file in that location with the new one.

make sure DW is closed while doing this.

Thanks Jason
That article seems to refer to MAC users I am on Win7
As this is a new site, (not much done yet) I dont seem to have a shared/WebAssist/eCart directory.

I attach a pic of my files.

the shared/webassist directory is not a part of your site. it is a folder on your computer.

the instruction for finding the users configuration folder are in the section of the linked article title:
For Windows users, they are as follows:

For Windows Users
-Close Dreamweaver.
-Open a Windows Explorer window.
-In the Address bar enter %appdata% and click Enter.
-Open the Adobe directory.
-Open the Dreamweaver folder for the version of Dreamweaver you are using.
-Dreamweaver CS4 and above users only - open the en_US directory.
-Open the Configuration directory.

once in the configuration folder, go to shared/webassist/eCart
