Java Error on WACaptcha.js

Created a form. When I click on the captcha to edit its properties the window opens as usual but I also receive this error:

While executing onLoad in WACaptcha.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred: At line 392 of file "HD:Applications:Adobe Dreamweaver CS4:Configuration:Commands:WACaptcha.js": dims has no properties.

Deleted Dreamweaver cache, no to avail.

you have both CSS Form Builder 2.0.1 and Form Toolkit 1.0 installed. this is creating a conflict.

uninstall them, then install Form Builder again

1. Removed FormToolkit and CSS Form Builder
2. Restarted
3. Downloaded and installed CSS Form Builder
4. Attempted to start Dreamweaver, but it failed/crashed.
5. Uninstalled CSS Form Builder, still crashed. So I reinstalled it.
6. Deleted MacFileCache...dat again, still crashed.
7. Renamed Configuration folder and IT OPENS. However, the only extension that shows up is CSS Form Builder.

Something is obviously corrupt in the Configuration folder. Any ideas?

Jason, Thanks for your help! Seeing that it's nearly impossible to compare/copy items in the old and new configuration folders I simply reinstalled the extensions and copied over presets and themes from the shared\webassist folder. The WA support is always first class.
