jQuery Validation - losing transparency on error pop ups (Bloom.css)

jQuery Validation - losing transparency on error pop ups (Bloom.css)

I'm just adding some jQuery validation, which is all working nicely.

I just have some of the pop ups over some other text, so would like to lose the semi transparency. I'm looking in the Bloom.css file, but can't see anything obvious. (Other than the references to 'transparent' in the .Bloom-before and .Bloom-after rules, which are controlling the little pointer triangle.)

Am I looking in the right place, or is it in some JS somewhere else?

Thanks.

in the .Bloom_Wrapper selector remove:
opacity: 0.8;

and in the .Bloom selector, remove:

background-image:-webkit-gradient(linear, 0 0, 0 100%, from(#990000), to(#990000));
background-image:-webkit-linear-gradient(top, #990000, #990000); /* For Chrome and Safari */
background-image:-moz-linear-gradient(top, #990000, #990000); /* For old Fx (3.6 to 15) */
background-image:-ms-linear-gradient(top, #990000, #990000); /* For pre-releases of IE 10*/
background-image:-o-linear-gradient(top, #990000, #990000); /* For old Opera (11.1 to 12.0) */
background-image:linear-gradient(to bottom, #990000, #990000); /* Standard syntax; must be last */

Thanks Jason - I'd tried removing those lines, but managed to miss the opacity value.
