Form not sending emails or redirecting to thank you page.

My form, http://www.laurahlavac.com/wholesale.php, is not sending emails, nor is it redirecting to the thank you page. I am attaching the page. Thank you.

there was server validation code in place to make the comments and tax ID elements required. the form would submit if you filled all the fields in, i removed the validation for those 2 fields.w

also, the webassist/email/mail_php.php and webassist/email/mailformatting_php.php files on the server where old versions, i replaced them with updated versions.

in my test, I added my address the to settings and was able to receive the email.

Thank you!!! It's perfect now! :D Weird about the required fields. I took the requirements off, but it must not have updated. Very strange!

One more question ... The CAPTCHA on that form is very dark, and hard to read. I did not see a way to lighten it up. Where would I go to do that? Thanks.

the setting for the captcha are passed was URL variables in the captcha image tag:

img src="webassist/captcha/wavt_captchasecurityimages.php?field=Security_Code&font=fonts/MOM_T___.TTF" alt="Security Code" class="Captcha" />

there are variables settings available like noise color, which is the color of the background dots, you could change that to white:
img src="webassist/captcha/wavt_captchasecurityimages.php?field=Security_Code&font=fonts/MOM_T___.TTF&noisecolor=FFFFFF" alt="Security Code" class="Captcha" />
