Error in serial check TypeError: WADA_Bundle.checkSerial is not a function

Hi folks,

Im on a Mac running 10.9.5, 8gig memory core i5 and ive updated to the latest plugins and am having problems getting anything to work.
On some plugins I opent them up and they just disappear off the screen, giving no serial activation screen or on those that are activated, any access to the plugin features.
On databridge right now, all im getting is Error in serial check TypeError: WADA_Bundle.checkSerial is not a function when I try to access it.
Ive deleted and re-installed all plugins but no joy... I dont even get the popups to re-add my serial numbers.

Ive even deleted the Mac cache file

Can you help

Thanks

Paul

What version of DW are you using?

What version of the extensions are installed?

Make sure you have the latest version, for Data Bridge, the latest version is 1.2.1

if you have a previous version of the extension installed make sure to uninstall it from the extension manager before installing the newer one.

After installing the extensions, open Dreamweaver, this should start the WebAssist installer. If the WebAssist installer does not start, you may need to open a PHP page to force it to launch.

after the WebAssist installer completes, make sure to restart Dreamweaver.

Hi,

All extensions are the latest, with the previous ones being uninstalled first.
It's Dreamweaver CS6

Installers do not launch and all that comes up say for example when setting Database --> DataAssist pages is the picture in the screenshot

Thanks

"Installers do not launch"

That would be the problem then. the extension won't work correctly if the installers do not launch since the installation will not be finished..
